Your dog is the only dog in the vehicle. No sharing the space with dogs from other households, no unvetted animals creating stress, no territorial behavior to manage mid-journey. This is what solo-passenger means: your dog has the full vehicle and the full attention of the transporter.
For multi-dog households where all dogs are traveling together, the same rule applies — the vehicle is private to your household.
Climate-controlled vehicle throughout
The cabin temperature is maintained at a comfortable level for your dog regardless of outdoor conditions. Summer heat and winter cold are both accounted for.
